Breakaway Training

Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of Breakaway Training on iPhone and the web (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use the Service. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Your content

You own the training data and content you add to the Service. You let us store, process and display it as needed to run the Service for you, including sharing it with coaches and services you choose to connect. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• use the Service for anything unlawful or harmful;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• interfere with, disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;
• scrape the Service or overload it with automated requests.

Connected services

The Service can connect to platforms such as Garmin Connect, Strava, COROS, Suunto and TrainingPeaks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Not medical advice

Training plans, analysis and suggestions in the Service, including AI-generated ones, are for information only and aren't medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. You train at your own risk.

Paid features

The iPhone app is free. If we offer paid features later, their price and terms will be shown before you buy.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings, Delete Account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Breakaway isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for injury, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
